If you are interested in treatment the costs are as follows:
Call to schedule appt. We will ask for a valid credit card in order to book the appointment, and to send in lab orders to the closest lab. Your initial labs will cost $200 and will be charged when your labs are ordered that day.
Visit 1 (1 hour): $150
This visit must be completed in person at our North Salt Lake location and will be about 1 week after your lab draw. Our provider will discuss your lab results and your options for future treatment. All prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy or to our compounding pharmacy if you are prescribed a compounded cream. All compounded prescriptions will be mailed to you at no cost and will typically arrive within 3–5 days.
Visit 2+ (30 minutes)
This visit will occur approximately 3 months after your first visit to ensure you are responding to treatment and to make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. There will be no charge for the visit; however, follow-up labs will cost $150.
Monthly Subscription Model
After your initial visit and once treatment has begun, we offer a monthly subscription model. Instead of charging several hundred dollars every 3–6 months for visits, we charge $80 per month, which covers any and all future visits. This helps make budgeting for your treatment easier, as we do not accept insurance. Typically, you will only need visits every 3–6 months going forward, but we can meet more often if needed. Follow-up labs ($150) will be required every 6 months once your hormone levels are stable.
